Overview
This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for your Ask Felix subscription. Ask Felix is operated by Radial Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Free Trial
Ask Felix includes a 14-day free trial, and no payment method is required to start it. You can explore the Service during the trial at no cost. If you do not start a paid subscription, you will not be charged.
Subscription & Billing
- Ask Felix is billed as a monthly subscription at $9.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes.
- When you start a paid subscription, your payment method is charged at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitment.
To cancel, email privacy@askfelix.app from the email address on your account, and we'll cancel your subscription and confirm by reply.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not charge for partial months after cancellation.
Refunds
Because we offer a 14-day free trial that lets you evaluate the Service before paying, monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops all future charges going forward.
That said, we want you to be treated fairly. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will issue a refund where appropriate, including in situations such as:
- A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge;
- A charge that occurred after you had already cancelled;
- A technical issue that prevented you from using the Service for a substantial part of a billing period.
To request a refund, email privacy@askfelix.app within 30 days of the charge and include the email address on your account and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Billing Questions & Disputes
If you see a charge you don't recognize or believe is incorrect, please contact us at privacy@askfelix.app before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually resolve billing questions quickly and directly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
